We stayed at the Villa Azzurra from Aug 5 to Aug 12 with our adult kids for a total of five. Getting into Positano from Napoli was a little challenging the first time not knowing where exactly to go and get off (we took the train then the SITA bus from Sorento), but our host, Carmella, was extremely helpful and met us at the bus stop in front of the BAR Internazionale. Our walk down to the villa was a crash course in the steps of Positano, but as soon as we stepped on to the terrace at Villa Azzurra, any frustrations and exhaustion (we were up for about 32 hours straight at that point) was immediately rewarded and forgotten. The Villa location is beyond spectacular with a 200 degree view of the sea and beaches below. The privacy on the terrace was incredible with no other villas below or beside you. The villa itself had a well stocked kitchen with everything you need and the bedrooms all have direct access to the terrace. The location was fantastic with easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and all the shops. Of course, there are stairs anywhere you want to go, but that is the case for all of Positano and adds to the unique flavour of a destination. Our host, Carmella, was fantastic and was quick to answer any questions we had and make suggestions for excursions and transportation options. Of the three locations we visited in Italy on our trip (Positano, Cortona, and Rome), Positano is the one we would return to and we would definitely book the Villa Azzurra again. 10 out of 10!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Azzurra. Carmela was incredibly helpful and kind, booking porters and excursions for us.
The accommodation itself is magical - incredibly comfortable, with one of the best views in Positano, and that direct access to the beach is a godsend. The beds were so comfortable, and we had everything we needed in terms of kitchen etc.
If I could put just one thing on the wishlist, it would be aircon. However, we would only really have needed it for one day (although I believe the week after we left was incredibly hot). Having said that, we would happily book again without it.
Thank you so much for everything - we had a truly life-enhancing time.

Everything about the villa and our stay in Positano was amazing!!! First, your assistance answering my questions, managing reservations at Da Aldofo and scheduling Sandro to cook for us was first class. We would recommend that people know that he will not only cook for them, but is willing to teach cooking classes.

The villa was breathtaking and easily managed our family of 6. Loved that both bathrooms had showers which made getting ready very convenient. While Positano is one of the loveliest cities we have ever visited, staying at Villa Azzura made it more magical.

Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely Love Villa Azzurra and feel that we have found a jewel in Positano.
Our family love the villa for it’s style, it’s space and the beautiful views from the Terrace.

We also love the vegetable garden attached to the Villa itself.

Positano is of course just so lovely. We love spending time there with our family.

The property is as stunning in real life as it is on the website, the views are amazing and the area very beautiful.
The local beach below in Fornillo was the one we went to most days, the steps leading back up to the villa got easier as we got more used to them.
Positano is a really charming place. The people are kind and helpful and the shops, restaurants and galleries are excellent. We all had a wonderful relaxing time in Positano and the villa was a perfect place to start and end the day.
We also took a boat to Sorrento which is another bustling town with streets full of stalls selling good local produce and upmarket gifts and momentos.
We all had a great time and would go back again.

My experience with villeinitalia was also first class and I will use your services again. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Azzura. We found Ville in Italia to be helpful in every aspect of our preparation, arrival and departure.

The villa was amazing - the terrace everything I had hoped for! We had a wonderful time on the boat and enjoyed our private dinner at home (the chef and waiter were both so lovely and the meal was delicious). Everyone in our party was amazed! Even the weather held out :)

So again, thank you for everything you did to help get details in order. I included a group photo on that memorable terrace - I hope to get back some day! (my husband and I are in the center)

Comme nous l’avions évoqué, nous avions loué la même maison il y a une dizaine d’année et nous en avions gardé un excellent souvenir…….cet été nous avons retrouvé cette maison avec autant de plaisir et telle que dans notre mémoire.
A quelques détails près, ( la maison a un peu vieilli, comme nous! ) mais garde cette âme de maison de famille qui pourrait laisser croire que nous revenons chez nous et pas dans une location de vacances, ce qui est fort agréable.
L’environnement est toujours aussi enchanteur et l’on oublie la fatigue des escaliers……vous l’aurez compris nous espérons ne pas attendre dix années de plus pour revenir………

Ville in Italia did a nice job representing Villa Azzurra. I had a great experience interacting with you and the staff at your company. The property itself. the food shopping ahead of time and welcome dinner were wonderful. Cleaning mid week was fine. Parking of our car at the nearby garage was convenient. Loved having access to the ajacent garden even for just un sprig di basilico. We truly enjoyed our stay there. The property met our expectations in every way.

I enjoyed working with you and do hope someday in a few years we will make it back to Italia. If we need to rent again I will definetly use Ville in Italia
